The Queen's Award Celebration Ball 2009

What a brilliant night. 90 people attended the Ball,  we had a brilliant disco,  the food was amazing,  all thanks go to the Wortley House Hotel, Chef and staff.
Billy Flywheel was truly amazing.  I could not breathe I was laughing so much.
We are convinced Paddy was hypnotized as I do not think he would have let anyone do what Billy did to him if he had known what was going to happen. Please look at the photos of Paddy with his hands on his head, he could not get his hands down, not absolutely sure whether Paddy got an electric type shock or a burning sensation when he could not answer Billy’s questions.
We will have to ask Paddy!

It was a brilliant night, thanks go to Maureen for the beautiful floral table decorations, Alison Carter for helping her prepare the place cards. All in All it was a brilliant night, the people attending treated our young people with the utmost respect, Philip had a birthday surprise of a cake and he was cheered by everyone in the room. Thanks to Vaughan for being master of Ceremonies and raising some money for us by auctioning the items donated by Past and Present, Altered Image, sable, Cleary’s, Harrods, and CJ Photography Special thanks to our sponsors Avert Fire who sponsored 4 tables, Unite who sponsored 2 tables, Dandilions who sponsored a table, Cleary's who sponsored a table and Liam, Sharon and Chris our members who also sponsored

a table.
