1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website at magicmomentsforautistickids.org and your participation in any fundraising or raffle activities operated by Magic Moments for Autistic Kids, a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity No. 1093679).

By accessing our website or participating in our raffle, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, you must not participate in our fundraising activities.

2. Raffle Terms

The Magic Moments Charity Raffle is a licensed lottery promoted by Magic Moments for Autistic Kids (Charity No. 1093679) in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and applicable regulations governing small society lotteries.

3. Eligibility

Age Restriction — 18+

Our online raffle is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 and over only. It is an offence under the Gambling Act 2005 for anyone under the age of 18 to participate in a licensed lottery. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and a resident of Great Britain.

The raffle is not open to employees, officers, trustees, or close family members of Magic Moments for Autistic Kids, or to persons residing outside Great Britain.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and/or residency from any entrant. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in disqualification.

4. Ticket Purchase

Tickets are sold at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of entry. Tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Magic Moments for Autistic Kids.

A maximum of 10 tickets may be purchased per person per draw. We reserve the right to cancel entries that exceed this limit and to refund the excess payment.

5. Prize Draw

The winning ticket will be selected at random by an independent verified electronic random number generator. The draw will be conducted on [DRAW DATE — TO BE CONFIRMED] and will be witnessed independently.

Magic Moments for Autistic Kids reserves the right to postpone the draw in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, all ticket holders will be notified by email and all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled draw date.

6. Winners

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the draw, Magic Moments for Autistic Kids reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

There is no cash alternative to any stated prize. The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. The decision of Magic Moments for Autistic Kids is final in all matters relating to the draw and winners.

7. Data Protection

Magic Moments for Autistic Kids will collect and process personal data from raffle entrants and donors in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

By participating in the raffle or making a donation, you consent to Magic Moments for Autistic Kids processing your personal data as necessary to administer the raffle or donation and to comply with our legal obligations. 8. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the raffle or any other fundraising activity, please contact our Fundraising Contact, Patricia Ebbs, at mm4ak@hotmail.com in the first instance.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 28 days, you may escalate it to the Fundraising Regulator at fundraisingregulator.org.uk or contact the Gambling Commission at gamblingcommission.gov.uk regarding any lottery-related complaints.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Magic Moments for Autistic Kids reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued participation in our activities constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
